She has performed extensively both as a soloist and chamber musician, touring in Austria, Albania, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, South Africa, Egypt, Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, Canada and the USA. Her arrangement of New York Counterpoint was recorded by the Vienna Saxophone Quartet on the Lotus Records Salzburg label.

During the two years before moving to Vienna, Ms. Fancher was soprano saxophonist of the Swedish saxophone quartet Rollin' Phones, based in Stockholm. Highlights of these two years include representing Sweden at Expo '92 in Seville, Spain, the world premiere performance of a concerto composed for the Quartet and the Malmo Symphony Orchestra, and a CD recording on the Philips label.
